Seminar on "Loyalty of customers via IT-technologies" in the framework of the III Meeting of the Club of Marketologists
On September 21, 2017 in the framework of the III Meeting of the Club of Marketologists, hosted by the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Karaganda region, the seminar on "Customer loyalty through IT-technologies" was organized. Arystan M.I., c.e.s., associate professor of the Department of World Economy and International Relations, participated in this event.
The seminar was dedicated to such issues as modern marketing trends, basics of interaction and communication with the client base, optimization of the costs on attracting new customers, the experience of Karaganda entrepreneurs, creative marketing solutions for specific business types.
Professional specialists in implementation of the loyalty systems and successful Karaganda entrepreneurs shared their experience concerning innovative marketing tools with IT technologies. The seminar considered to be of a great cognitive interest for representatives of business structures, as well as for academics of Karaganda universities.
