SCIENCE

The development of science, technology and innovation is one of the key areas for improving the country's competitiveness. We determine the priorities of national science in accordance with international requirements and national interests (from the speech by K.J. Tokayev dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the National Academy of Sciences on June 1, 2022)

The research environment forms the creative activity of higher educational institutions. The integration of higher education into the scientific and technical space should be organized and stimulated through the formation of an innovation policy in the development of a set of measures for the higher education system. It is these integration processes that should serve as the basis for the formation of tactics and strategies for the scientific and innovative development of the education system in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The current tasks of the development of university science should be: firstly, regional, national and international collaboration of scientific activities; secondly, stimulating the consolidation of universities with research centers and research institutes; thirdly, increasing human resources and creating conditions for scientists; Fourthly, the development of the ecosystem of commercialization of the results of scientific and technical activities and fifthly, the synchronization of the scientific interests of the university with the priority areas of development of applied science, taking into account the needs of the regional economy within the framework of the science-production-business chain.
The defining feature of the Kazpotrebsoyuz KARA is its innovative activity, the advanced nature of development.
