The team of the University in track and field athletics with excellent performance at IX Summer Universiade among universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Shymkent (SKSU) consisting of:
- Lentovsky Nikolay - Log-23s, 400 m – 1st place, 200 m – 2nd place
- Zems Vyacheslav - MN-12, 100 m – 1st place, high jump – 3rd place
- Grigoryev Vladislav - MN-12, 200 m – 1st place, javelin throwing – 2nd place
- Lissichkina Varvara - MO-33, 800 m – 1st place, 1500 m – 2nd place
- Khodarenko Daria - Tur-22, javelin throwing – 3rd place
- Bondar Andrey - Log-33
Grigoriev Vladislav, Zems Vyacheslav, Lentovsky Nikolai and Moiseyev Vladislav took first place in the 4x100 meters relay.
