Professional development and formation of professional competence of teachers and students
In Karaganda Economic University Kazpotrebsoyuz 19-20 April, 2018. National adviser of family care SOS Children's Villages of Kazakhstan, professional coach Levitskaya Liya Vadimovna held a training course “Technology of social work. Introduction to case management” and training for the teaching staff of the Department SWandAPK and students of specialties “Social work” and “Basics of law and economics”.
The main purpose of the course and training: the formation of students knowledge, skills and professional competencies in case management technology and its application in working with children who have lost parental care
The course program included the following elements:
1.The concept of social work. The main provisions of the law “On special social services”.
2. Integrated service delivery model: essence and problems.
3. Introduction to case management. Functions and roles, stages of case management.
4. A practical realization. Assessment. Planning of services (on case study).
5. View movie. Group work. Completion of the training.
At the end of the course the Director of SOS Children's village Temirtau Dubrovskii V.V. presented certificates to the participants of the training.
