Round table «The sound of Abay's heritage in the modern world»
The department of Social work and the ANK held a round table "The Sound of Abay's legacy in the modern world", dedicated to the 175th anniversary of the Kazakh poet, composer, educator, thinker, public figure, founder of Kazakh written literature and its first classic Abay Kunanbayev.
The round table focused on the moral problems of the thinker's views, the enlightener's calls for the progressive development of society, where a person is elevated by "reason, science, and will". Participants of the online discussion stressed that the legacy of the great Abai does not lose its relevance and strength in the realities of today.
