Presentation of a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) diploma of own sample
According to the Order of the Chairman of the Committee for Quality Assurance in the Field of Science and Higher Education of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 32 dated January 26, 2023, Oksana Bezler, senior lecturer of the Department of Business Economics, was awarded the title of Doctor of PhD in the specialty 6D050600 "Economics". For the first time, our university has issued a doctorate diploma of its own sample.
The defense took place on November 11, 2022 at the Dissertation Council of the Karaganda University of Kazpotrebsoyuz in a hybrid format.
The topic of the dissertation research: "Organizational and economic mechanisms of integration of labor markets and educational services in the Republic of Kazakhstan". Scientific consultants:
– Borbasova Ziyada Nazibekovna – Doctor of Economics, Professor of the Department of Marketing and Logistics of the Karaganda University of Kazpotrebsoyuz (Karaganda, Kazakhstan);
– Sedlarski Theodor – PhD, Associate Professor at St. Sophia University.Kliment Ohridsky" (Sofia, Bulgaria).
