During the event, key areas of cooperation and new approaches to the educational process were discussed in the context of the ideas presented at the Connected - 2024 conference. Among the priorities is to improve the practical orientation and quality of educational programs through the adaptation of curricula to professional standards and current market demands. Additionally, it is planned to attract practitioners to teach professional modules, which helps students gain in-demand knowledge and skills.
Specific initiatives have been identified to implement these tasks:
- Reviewing educational programs with the involvement of experts from enterprises to ensure their relevance and compliance with industry requirements, conducting practical training at the enterprise.
- Organization of paid internships for students so that they can put their knowledge into practice and gain valuable work experience.
- Creation of a virtual training course for workers in conjunction with the university's Digital Laboratory, which will allow employees of enterprises to master competencies on the job.
- Conducting a student Hackathon where participants will be able to solve real business problems, developing teamwork and critical thinking skills.
These initiatives will make learning more practice-oriented and help students prepare for professional activities, improving the quality of graduate training. The University and QazTehna LLP are confident that their cooperation will have a significant impact on the development of the region and the creation of new opportunities for young professionals.
