On December 13, 2024, the Karaganda University of Kazpotrebsoyuz hosted an international scientific and theoretical conference on the topic "Integration of science and education in the context of innovative development and its contribution to improving the overall anti-corruption culture of youth", dedicated to the Independence Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The large-scale event brought together representatives of leading universities in Kazakhstan and Russia, scientists, experts and practitioners who discussed topical issues of anti-corruption education and the role of science and education in this process.
Sergey Nikolaevich Perov, Head of the Department of the Anti-Corruption Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Anti-Corruption Service) in the Karaganda region, became the guest of honor at the conference. In his speech, he stressed the importance of education and the formation of a high anti-corruption culture among young people as a basis for the sustainable development of society and the state.

The main topics of discussion:
- Interaction of science and education in the fight against corruption;
- Innovative approaches to the formation of an anti-corruption culture;
- The role of educational organizations in fostering honesty and decency among the younger generation;
- International experience and best practices in combating corruption among young people.
The international nature of the conference allowed the participants to exchange experiences and views on the integration of anti-corruption culture into the educational process. Representatives of universities of Kazakhstan and Russia presented scientific reports and proposals aimed at the formation of high moral standards among students.
The conference participants agreed that the integration of science and education with anti-corruption education plays a key role in the formation of conscious youth, who will become the driving force in the fight against corruption and the basis for the development of a transparent and fair society.
Special thanks are expressed to all the speakers, participants and organizers of the conference for their contribution to the development of scientific and educational dialogue and the improvement of the general anti-corruption culture among students.
