On 28th of January, 2015 in the framework of the subject week of a specialty 0519000 «Economics» by branches teachers Ospanova G.S. and Nesipbaev R.E. conducted the game «Economical cafe» between student teems of E-31k, E-32 on a state and Russian languages.
The interior of a café was made in the auditory. Five rounds were offered: "Appetizers", "First dishes", "Second dishes", "Dessert", "Drinks". Participants in the order chose dishes, got questions and answered them. Assortment of dishes differed a lot. Were represented: sandwiches from an economy level, "Requirements" toasts, salad from money, cabbage soup out of supplies and demands, "Trifty" cake and etc.
The jury announced the results. Each team earned own capital. However the most profitable was the group E-32. Students that actively participated were: Dosov Adil, Junusbekov Azat, Sadvakasova Gulmira, Gurskiy Stas.

«My profession - lawyer: Sochi- 2015»

From January 26 to February 2 of 2015 in Sochi Institute (branch) of People's Friendship University was hosted an international Winter Academy for teachers and students named "My profession - lawyer: Sochi-2015". Organizers of the event: Association of law universities (Moscow c.), Peoples' Friendship University (Moscow c.). representatives of the three countries, more than 50 participants.

As part of the Winter Academy, students majoring in "Jurisprudence" J-22 Blyalova D., J-31s\k Tolegenova D. passed international training and work practice; professor Veselskaya N.R., docent Nurpeisova A.K. passed international training qualification courses named "Professional competence of the lawyer - a techniques of forming".

Olympiad in Informatics

January 31, 2015 the Department of "Information and Computing Systems" of the Karaganda Economic University has successfully conducted a subject olympiad in informatics among the students of 10-11 grades of Karaganda city and satellite cities secondary schools.
72 pupils from 12 secondary schools attended to the competition.
The main objectives of the olympiad were: identification of knowledge in the field of computer science and the development of creative abilities of pupils, stimulating their learning and cognitive activity and promotion of professional orientation and continuing their education.
Opening, conducting, summarizing and rewarding participants was performed by the department of "Information and Computing Systems". Awarding was held in a festive atmosphere.

Visiting Gymnasium №1 n the framework of the «Open Day»

Specialist of the Department of strategic development Krasnoshchekova Elena Alexsandrovna and teachers of the "Banking" department Borisova Elena Ivanovna, Yermekova Kulmariya Abdualievna organized a visit to Gymnasium №1 within the framework of "Open Day".
Teacher of the "Banking" department, docent Borisova E.I. met with the director of the Gymnasium №1 Ryabova Inna.
Docent of "Banking" department Borisova E.I. introduced the educational programs of Karaganda economic university to students of the graduating classes.
For students and their parents in the foyer of the Gymnasium №1 there was placed an advertising - informational poster about the university.
