According to a plan of career guidance work of the academic year 2014-2015 on 22 of November 2014 along with the Faculty of Economics and Management the department of Kazakh language and the culture of Kazakhstan held subject olympiad«Тіл білгірі» among the pupils of 11 grade of Karaganda city secondary schools.
November 22, 2014 at the University held "Open Day" for students in schools and colleges. The event was attended by over 400 people from 16 schools and colleges of the city of Karaganda. Pupils have the opportunity to become familiar with the material and technical base of the university faculties show presentations of their educational programs, Center for International Programs spoke about the possibilities of foreign education. Also available college DEs introduced specialty.
November 1, 2014 the department "Ecology and Assessment" was held intellectual game "I am an ecologist." The event brought together 12 schools:

In the framework of this event the student council appeared in the role of chair holders, dean and deputy. Student-activists were in the role of teachers and conducted lessons. Also, work was carried out with students of EBL College. The lessons of college students were conducted by of our faculty.
