Manager in education - the leader of a new formation
The implementation of the national project «Quality Education» Educated Nation» in the Republic of Kazakhstan requires the modernization of education management at all levels and the training of competent managers. Within the framework of the innovative educational program "Psychology and Management in Education", the tasks are being implemented to form the readiness of future managers in education to apply modern innovative technologies of management in education, to develop concepts and programs for the development and management of an educational organization, to use methods of monitoring and assessing the external and internal environment of the educational organizations.It is especially important for our students to master not only theoretical knowledge, but also to get acquainted with the real state of affairs in education management, the practical experience of specialists.The head of the sector for the coordination of educational and educational activities, a member of the Academic Committee of the EP «Psychology and Management in Education» Aulbekova Shargiya Dzhambulovna at a meeting with students of this educational program.The Department of Psychology, Pedagogy and Social Work of the Karaganda University of Kazpotrebsoyuz and the participants of the conference are grateful to Aulbekova Sh.D. for an interesting and informative meeting, cooperation in training personnel for the field of education management.
