The international competition of research works of young scientists and students "Logistics of Commodity Movement" is held by the Ural State University of Economics (USUE) in cooperation with the Institute of Economics of the Ural Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences (Institute of Economics of the Ural Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences), the Ural Branch of the Free Economic Society of Russia. The purpose of the Competition: to intensify research work in higher educational institutions, to develop forecasts and recommendations for the development and interstate regulation of the logistics of goods movement at the global and national level. The competition was attended by students, postgraduates, young researchers of universities, academic institutions of Russia and foreign countries, as well as employees of other interested organizations aged from 18 to 35 years. Research papers and projects were submitted for the Competition in the following areas:: 1. Introduction of modern logistics technologies in the enterprise; 2. Logistics corridors of Russia and the CIS countries; 3. Supply chain management: challenges and prospects. The full-time defense of the projects took place on April 21, 2021 from 10:30 to 15:30, and the award ceremony on April 22, 2021 from 10.00 to 11:00. Following the results of the project defense, Anastasia Zubova, a student of the Log-18-2 group, was awarded a diploma of the 1st degree for winning the nomination "The most original Research". Also, a student of the Log-18-2 group, Vlada Epifantseva, was awarded a diploma of the 1st degree in the category "The best report". The scientific supervisor is Associate Professor of the Department" Marketing and Logistics " Dr. PhD Adilova Nazdana Dzhems-Uatovna. As a result of the final events, it is planned to publish a collection of theses of the finalists of the Competition with placement in the RSCI and on the websites of the Ural State University of Economics.

From April 13 to 20, the Center for Youth Initiatives for University students organized an online training on the topic "Life with meaning on the way to yourself" with the invitation of a professional psychologist of the Youth Resource Center of the Karaganda region Kopbaeva Zh. The training is aimed at developing students ' ability to self-reflect and promote awareness of their life goals, the formation of an active life position and the development of the desire to realize personal potential.
