Achievements of the Chair DCC

Department of Commodity and certification has sufficient material and technical base for conducting laboratory and practical training and research work of students, provided by the curriculum of the educational program of the specialties: 5V072700 - "Technology of food products" and 5V073200 - "Standardization, Metrology and Certification".
For the implementation of the educational process Department of Commodity and certification has laboratories: Physics; Chemistry; analytical chemistry; Microbiology; metrology; testing food and conformity assessment; product identification; Examining the quality of goods; cooking technology and specialized classrooms and standardization of management and service. Ancillary facilities may include: weight, preparatorskaya, serviznaya, warehouses and locker rooms.
The laboratory is equipped with cooking technology to conduct training sessions on "General Technology of food products", "Technology products catering", "Technology of food products industries." Together with specialized classrooms management and service they form a complex "Educational restaurant." On this basis, also carried out holding a "master classes" leading practitioners of the public supply.
All at the department operates 11 laboratories and specialized classrooms equipped with a wide range of instruments for training, as well as fund lecture halls equipped with LSD projector, a webcam and interactive departments.
All educational laboratories comply with the requirements of SNIP. In laboratories have passports, followed safety regulations.
