Environmental education is part of the general education system, an effective system of environmental education - one of the main tools for sustainable development of economy and society.

This is due to:
- The need to improve the ecological culture of human rights;

- The need to address topical issues related to the decrease of living space per one person;
- The need for conservation and restoration, management and enhancement of natural resources;
- Low level of human perception of environmental problems as personally meaningful;
