V International Competition of Projects for Schoolchildren, Students, Postgraduates and Young Scientists "Cities 2030: Technologies for Sustainable Development in the Post-Pandemic Era"

On November 9, the V International Competition of projects of schoolchildren, students, postgraduates and young scientists "Cities 2030: technologies of sustainable development in the post-pandemic era" was held in Yekaterinburg, Sverdlovsk region. Students of the Department of Tourism and Restaurant Business, Tour-20-2 groups Kaul Mark and Mazankova Alevtina took part in this competition. Our students took 1st place and were awarded a diploma, as well as a certificate for participation.

The fashion Theater with the collection "Vostok" took part in the First international online festival of creativity "Showmir house of the sun Egypt" in Hurghada, according to the results of which it was awarded a DIPLOMA OF the 1st DEGREE LAUREATE. The festival was held with the support of the Consulate General in Hurghada (Egypt).

GRAND PRIX in the vocal competition "City Voice"

On November 7, 2021, a karaoke contest "City Voice" was held on the stage of the Miners' Palace of Culture among students of universities and colleges of the city of Karaganda, according to the results of the competition, the soloist of our vocal studio "Melody" Meney Zhuldyz (a student of the TD-18-1k gr.) won the Grand Prix! A new composition of the Student Parliament has been chosen

The Student Parliament is a representative body of student self-government.

What do the deputies of the student parliament do?
- actively participate in protecting the rights and interests of students, including in solving educational, social and other issues affecting their interests;
- assist in solving educational and scientific tasks, organizing leisure activities, promoting a healthy lifestyle;
- promote the implementation of youth initiatives;
- cooperate with republican and regional youth organizations and movements.

Law and order in the student environment

On November 02-03, 2021, together with inspectors of the UIP GUP OMPS of the Mikhailovsky OP Takenova D., Kuleimenova A. and police captain Balagazin J. the UIP of the Mikhailovsky OP together with the CMI conducted a conversation among students living in dormitories of the University №1,3,4 on the prevention of smoking, the use of alcoholic beverages, obscene language, the presence of minors at a late time on the street and places of entertainment unaccompanied by parents, etc. The norms of administrative legislation providing for liability for acts infringing on public order have been brought to the attention of students.
