This program has been implemented for applicants from socially vulnerable segments of the population since the last academic year and is aimed at increasing the availability of Higher Education.
Acceptance of documents for participation in the competition was carried out from 10 to 19 August 2023. A total of 84 national, public and private higher education institutions took part in the program.

The Day of Knowledge at the university this year turned out to be exceptionally bright and eventful, thanks to the creative beginning. The first-year students gathered at the Millennium Cafe, where an interactive event was held for them. The team building was conducted by Vladislav Zagainov, a third-year student of the MO 21-2 group.
The combined efforts of volunteers from three faculties helped to create a bright mood for first-year students and give a good start to the academic year. Games were organized that required ingenuity, teamwork and logical thinking. Everyone who took part received a memorable gift on this day in the form of backpacks, pens, notebooks and flash cards, with the logo of the university.
At the end of the interactive segment, the first-year students were sent to the Palace of Culture of Students to continue the celebration of the Day of Knowledge on a more solemn note.
The solemn event was attended by the heads and teaching staff, which emphasized the importance of this day in the academic life of the university. The rector – Aimagambetov Yerkara Balkaraevich delivered an assembly lecture. He stressed the importance of education and training, as well as the role of the university in shaping future leaders and professionals. After the lecture, Yerkara Balkaraevich presented certificates of awarding an educational grant of the Karaganda University of Kazpotrebsoyuz for training to three students: Anastasia Pavlovna Sukhanova, Kural Bekzat Keldenuly and Maxim Alexandrovich Yavtukhovsky.
The emotions of the students were warmed up by the inspiring performance of the freshman, who, seizing the moment, shared her experiences and wishes for her new comrades.
After the performance of the freshman and the completion of the official part of the event, a small concert program was prepared for the students by university activists.
The solemn event ended with the performance of Liana Kryvets, a first-year student of the Faculty of Distance Learning of the SPD 23-2sz group, who performed the song "My Kazakhstan".
A meeting with the deans of faculties was organized in the classrooms for first-year students, which created the basis for their educational process and academic career at the university.
On August 29, a round table "The Constitution is an unshakable foundation for the development and prosperity of our country " dedicated to the Constitution Day was held at the Karaganda University of Kazpotrebsoyuz.
Constitution Day reminds of the importance of compliance with laws, respect for human rights, equality and justice. The Constitution serves as the foundation for building a just and democratic society.
Every year, we pay tribute to the bright holiday in the history of Independent Kazakhstan. The round table in the conference hall of the University allowed to gather different points of view and contributed to a productive discussion of the Constitution of the Republic.
The moderator of the event was senior lecturer of the Department of Legal Regulation of Economic Relations Sarbasov Begzat Atarkulovich. The guests of the event were also present: judge of the specialized interdistrict Economic Court of the Karaganda region – Mutalyapova Aigul Tulegenovna, Deputy head of the Investigative Department of the DP of the Karaganda region - Desyupov Arman Serkpaevich, Deputy head of the Department of the Regional Department of the Anti–Corruption Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Anti-Corruption Service) for the Karaganda region - Aryslan Myngishev.
The end of the event was the congratulation of the Dean of the Faculty of Business Law and Technology Rakhimgulova Manshuk Bulatovna.
Leading researcher, postdoctoral student of the Karaganda University of Kazpotrebsoyuz Tyngisheva A.M. passed a scientific internship in Istanbul from July 10 to July 17, 2023. The internship was carried out on the basis of ICSAD - the Institute for Economic Development and Social Research, as part of the implementation of the grant project АР14972953 "Improving the state regulation of the system of compulsory social health insurance in the post-pandemic period in the Republic of Kazakhstan." During the internship, the postdoctoral student worked with foreign scientists on the topic of scientific research, visited the organizations of the Turkish healthcare system, and also completed a refresher course on the topic “New Learning Technologies in the Digital World”.
My name is Pravosudova Alexandra, I’m a 3rd year student of the program “State and Municipal Management” of the Kuzbass State Agricultural Academy (Kuzbass, Russia), participated in the academic mobility program during the spring semester of 2022-2023 academic year at the Karaganda University of Kazpotrebsoyuz. I would like to express my deep gratitude to the university for the warm and cordial acceptance of me as a student. Your hospitality and friendliness made my transition to a new educational environment incredibly pleasant and comfortable. From the first days, I felt like a part of this wonderful community, and this contributed to my successful adaptation. Your support and attention during the orientation and in the daily life of a student means a lot to me.
