«Miss KPS University 2023»

On March 30, the beauty contest "Miss KPS University 2023" was held at the Palace of Culture of Students of the Karaganda University of Kazpotrebsoyuz.
The annual major event was held at the walls of the Karaganda University of Kazpotrebsoyuz "Miss KPS University 2023", which was attended by 9 beauties from different faculties.
The contestants competed in five rounds.
The first is a business card in which the participants presented their videos, with a brief story about themselves and their talents.
In the second round, they demonstrated a business style.
The third round is an intellectual competition.
The contest showed that girls can shine not only with their beauty.
The fourth and brightest round is a creative competition. Each number was unpredictable and aroused the audience's special interest and loud reaction.
The fifth round, as in any beauty contest, is a graceful fashion show. This tour especially emphasized the beauty of the participants. The girls walked around the stage as if on a catwalk in beautiful dresses.
The sponsors of the event and members of the jury were the well-known beauty and leisure industry networks "KRASOTA.KRG", "Lova-Lova", "Brilliance", "Ospanova Event Group", "Only You", "Letta Production", "Lampoch_krg", "Sova dance bar", "Imanova_beauty.salon” and "Sava media".
As a result of all rounds of the competition, the jury determined the winners. The title "Miss KPS University 2023" was won by Kamila Abisheva, a second-year student of the Faculty of Business, Law and Technology. "Vice-Miss" was Aruzhan Sadykova, a third-year student of the Faculty of Economics, Management and Entrepreneurship. The audience prize rightfully went to Elizaveta Kondratyuk, a second-year student of the Faculty of Finance, Logistics and Digital Technologies.
None of the contestants remained without the attention of the jury and fans. They were awarded in the nominations "Miss Charm", "Miss Business Style", "Miss Intelligence", "Miss Talent", "Miss Creativity", "Miss Smile" and "Miss Grace", as well as ovations and flowers from the enthusiastic audience.

Strategic partnership: Memorandum signed with the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs in Ulytau region

On March 28, 2023, Rector of the University Aimagambetov Yerkara Balkaraevich and Head of the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs in Ulytau region Akhmetov Berik Mukhamedzhanovich signed a memorandum of cooperation. The purpose of the memorandum is to strengthen and develop cooperation in the field of personnel training for state bodies of the Ulytau region. The most important elements of cooperation are practical training in government organizations, organization of scientific seminars, master classes and conferences.
Representatives of the Department met with our students after the end of the solemn part of the signing of the memorandum.
Kayyr Zhanar Dayyrkyzy – Head of the Civil Service Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs in Ulytau region;
Amirbek Yernur Musauly – Chief Specialist of the Department of Control in the field of Public Service of the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs in the Ulytau region;
Suleimenova Gulmira Tanatarovna – Chief Specialist of the Department of the Industrial Safety Committee of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Ulytau region;
Nurbol Manatovich Amantaev – Chief Specialist of the Personnel Department of the CSB of the RSU of the Emergency Situations of the Ulytau region of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Zhezkazgan);
Kerimbekova Asyl Bazarbekovna – Ulytau regional territorial Inspection of the State Inspection Committee in the Agro-industrial complex of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The meeting discussed issues of admission to the school of civil servants, selection for public service, probation, career advancement (the principle of meritocracy), as well as a new remuneration system based on a factor-point scale.
The main purpose of such meetings is to attract active and responsible young people to the civil service, who are able to offer fresh ideas and new approaches to solving the tasks facing the state.

Regional scientific and practical conference of undergraduates and students "Buketov readings-2023"

From March 16 to 17, 2023, the regional scientific and practical conference of undergraduates and students "Buketov readings-2023" was held at the Karaganda University named after Academician E.A. Buketov. The purpose of the conference is to discuss topical problems of natural science, humanities, pedagogical, social and social sciences.

Directions of the conference:

Topical issues of natural science;
Actual problems of the humanities;
Problems of social and pedagogical sciences;
Current issues of economics and law.

Students of our university also took part in the conference under the guidance of teachers of the Department of Socio-Political Disciplines and the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan. They made presentations on the topic:

"Problems of the origin of language" - Angelina Gadyukova, PiMO-21-2;

"Political conflicts between Venezuela and Brazil" - Abdashim Symbat, MO-22-1k;

"The Case-study method" - Syzdykov Temirlan, UA-22-2.

Our students were awarded diplomas of the III degree and diplomas of the Karaganda University named after Academician E.A. Buketov.

The Departments of "Marketing and Logistics" and "Commodity Science and Certification" took part in a regional seminar on the development of a cooperative bachelor's degree program "Logistics in the food industry"

On March 14-17, 2023, a regional seminar on the development of a cooperative bachelor's degree program "Logistics in the food industry" within the framework of GIZ PECA was held in Andijan (Uzbekistan).
The international project implemented by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH "Professional education for economic growth sectors in Central Asia" (English PECA) promotes the modernization of professional education in Central Asia on the example of the food industry and logistics.
The project is being implemented in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan, whose delagations were presented at a regional seminar.
The seminar was attended by representatives of GIZ PECA - Gulnara Rakhmatullayeva, the head of the ICON expert team -Herman Sonneveld, ICON experts - Professor Frank Gillert, Frank Neumann.
Teachers of the Karaganda University of Kazpotrebsoyuz participated from Kazakhstan: Doctor of Technical Sciences, professor Yesenbayeva G.A. - Head of the Department of Commodity Science and Certification; Candidate of Economics Mazhitova S.K. – Head of Department of Marketing and Logistics; Master's degree, Department of Marketing and Logistics senior teacher Shakhshina A.K., as well as a practical worker, Chief technologist for Natige company Isataeva R.B.
The delegations of partner universities (Karaganda University of Kazpotrebsoyuz, Osh Technological University named after M.M. Adyshev, Andijan Institute of Agriculture and Agrotechnologies, Tajik Technical University named after Osimi) mutually familiarized themselves with the draft curricula of the educational program "Logistics"; shared their experience in the development of the specialty, identified differences in regulations in the field of higher professional education; identified common steps to create the basis for the consistent development of a cooperative bachelor's degree program, as well as subsequent preparation for accreditation for all partner universities.

Master class on the topic "Rules and features of writing a scientific article that meets academic requirements"

On March 16, 2023, a master class on the topic "Rules and features of writing a scientific article that meets academic requirements" was held at the university in the Dostyk coworking center. The master class was attended by students, undergraduates, members of the scientific and student communities of the Karaganda University of Kazpotrebsoyuz.
Master's degree, lecturer of the Department of Psychology, Pedagogy and Social Work, member of the Council of Young Scientists and Students Isaev Aituar Aitymovich presented the Methodology of work on the section of the scientific article, the criteria for the success of its writing. He also introduced the students to the rules of building a scientific publication and the main features of the scientific style.
During the master class, students learned what is the difference between a scientific article from other types of scientific papers, its goals and objectives, as well as in which sources it is best to look for information. We hope that the knowledge gained at this event will help young researchers to successfully write a scientific article in domestic and foreign publications.
