Between 11-14 September, 2017Gumylov Eurasian National University hosted the sixth coordination meeting on the Erasmus + Cactle project "Central Asian Center for Teaching, Learning and Entrepreneurship". Participants of the meeting were partners from the countries of the European Union (Austria, Germany, Czech Republic) and the Central Asian countries (Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan). From the Karaganda Economic University, the meeting was attended by a senior lecturer of the Chair of Economics and Law Baibosynov S., Candidate of Economic Sciences, docent of the Chair of Finance, Taxation and Insurance Ulakov N., senior lecturer of the Chair of the World Economy and International Relations Syzdykbek E., PhD, docent of the Chair of Management and Innovations Omarova AT and senior lecturer of the Chair of Information and Computing Systems Mukanova Zh.A. The meeting program included sessions for coordinators and contact persons for the project, a workshop for business trainers and e-developers. Within the framework of the CACTLE project, the Entrepreneurship and Business Creation course, intended for students of economic specialties, was introduced on the basis of the Department of Economics of Entrepreneurship. This course will contribute to the upbringing of the entrepreneurial spirit, entrepreneurial thinking, the development of entrepreneurial behavior, the application of the acquired knowledge and skills to organize their own business.
On September 21, 2017 in the framework of the III Meeting of the Club of Marketologists, hosted by the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Karaganda region, the seminar on "Customer loyalty through IT-technologies" was organized. Arystan M.I., c.e.s., associate professor of the Department of World Economy and International Relations, participated in this event. The seminar was dedicated to such issues as modern marketing trends, basics of interaction and communication with the client base, optimization of the costs on attracting new customers, the experience of Karaganda entrepreneurs, creative marketing solutions for specific business types. Professional specialists in implementation of the loyalty systems and successful Karaganda entrepreneurs shared their experience concerning innovative marketing tools with IT technologies. The seminar considered to be of a great cognitive interest for representatives of business structures, as well as for academics of Karaganda universities.
On September 22 in the Central Park of Culture and Recreation in Karaganda city the annual city tournament "Cup of Purity: Student League" was held, in which the Ecolife team takes the 2nd place. The tournament was attended by 12 teams from universities and tithes of the city in the number of 90 people.

Zh., Ph.D., Associate Professor Abdakimova MK, Associate Professor Adambekova SM, PhD Doctor Manassova MM, masters Bekmukhambetova B.R., Tusupova G.N. in the period from September 11 to September 19, 2017 held a series of meetings and round tables with students of all specialties of the University to explain and discuss the provisions of the Program article of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N.A. Nazarbayev "Bolashakka bagdar: rukhani zhangyru". During the meetings the participants of the event discussed the main directions of modernization of public consciousness and the situation initiated by the President of the RK, social projects: - "Phased transition of the Kazakh language to the Latin alphabet" - ''New humanitarian knowledge. 100 new textbooks in the Kazakh language’’ - "Tugan zher" - "Spiritual relics of Kazakhstan" - "Modern Kazakhstan culture in the global world" - "100 new persons of Kazakhstan"
